Chris is a published writer, nomad photographer, and paramedic. While anything can be his muse, he primarily draws inspiration from gourmet burgers, Clint Eastwood, and his passport. Although he is a member of the rare breed of native Los Angelenos, he has also lived in New Haven, Connecticut and Paris, France. When he isn’t in an ambulance or a plane, he can be found right next to you at one of those oh-so-trendy communal tables. Are you going to finish that?
Chris’ writing has been published on the LAist, Thought Catalog, and Chalkboard Mag. He also wrote a weekly love column on the online dating site HowAboutWe. He is the founder of the local writing group Ink & Ampersand, and wrote the book How Much Does Love Cost: 33 Essays on Modern Dating. You can see his photography at the Daily Bruin, Etsy by Johnny Moxie, and a mail order meat catalog that’s floating around the country (but that’s a story for another time). He currently resides in the Silverlake area of Los Angeles. Keep up with him on Twitter and Facebook.
